The artificial pool made at Sarlahi has been identified as a famous destination for locals since COVID19 lockdown. It’s popularity is increasing day by day in social networks and other online media nowadays. Not only the popularity, Bhola Pond, which is said to be a unnamed pond till now, images are being viral on social network including Facebook and it seems the lake is providing the oceanic vibe for visitors. Many visitors has started to get a scalp with a picture of this lake.
There are two ways from the East-west Mahendra Highlway to reach this ponds. If you’re coming from eastern Nepal, there’s a sub-way to this lake from 1 KM east of Bagmati bridge. If you’re coming from western part, you can follow Bagmati riverbank from Bagmati bridge towards south approximately 3 km.
