Jagatpur is a village development committee in Chitwan District, Narayani Zone, Central Development Region, Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 7737 people living in 1493 individual households.

Jagatpur is a fastest growing tourism town, lies on 20 km Northwest part of the district headquarters Bharatpur and serves as a gateway for the thousands of internal and external tourist every year to famous adobe of the wildlife and headquarters of Chitwan National Park Kasara.
