From Koto, turn north into the restricted Nar Phu valley trail, trekking through Meta (3,560m), Phu (4,050m), and Nar Village (4,110m) before embarking on the climb over Kang La Pass down to Ngwal.

Continuing the Journey: From Ngwal, trekkers can either descend toward Chame to complete a shorter circuit or head west toward Manang to continue over Thorong La Pass (5,416m) or visit Tilicho Lake.
