Mera Peak is a mountain in Nepal’s Sagarmatha Zone, Solukhumbu District, in the Mahalangur sector, Barun sub-part of the Himalaya. It is a trekking peak because it is 6,476 meters (21,247 feet) in height. Mera North, at 6,476 meters (21,247 feet), Mera Central, at 6,461 meters (21,198 feet), and Mera South, at 6,065 meters (19,898 feet), are its three main peaks. There is also a minor “trekking summit” that can be seen from the south but is not shown on most maps of the area.

Mera is frequently listed as having a height of 6,654 meters (21,831 feet), and it is said to be the highest trekking peak. This figure really refers to nearby Peak 41, which was listed incorrectly as Mera in a list of Himalayan peaks. The figures were copied exactly as they were, including with the incorrect location coordinates, to the official trekking peak list.
